Quantitative Qualtrics Study
Tested the impact of absolute vs. relative progress indicators on survey experience, and validated results via t-tests and chi-square analysis with 90% confidence intervals to determine statistical significance.
HapticLabs Usability Testing
I evaluated a no-code devkit and app using various testing methodologies such as a task analysis, heuristic evaluation and a usability test. I used lab facility equipment to capture physical and digital interactions.
Insurance Carrier User Research
I facilitated 50 interviews with insurance agents and created personas and a journey map to visualize their needs, pain points and processes during a policy’s lifecycle.
Workday Information Architecture Project
I conducted qualitative research through interviews and re-designed the site’s information architecture (IA) through sitemaps, personas and user flows. The improved IA was concept tested using high-fidelity prototypes.
